Michael Jordan’s house in Highland Park has resurfaced on the market at nearly half its original listing price.

Initially listed for $29 million in 2012, the estate is now priced at $14.8 million, according to Zillow.

The seven-acre estate boasts a 56,000 square foot mansion equipped with numerous luxury amenities, including a regulation-sized basketball gymnasium, circular infinity pool, putting green, tennis court, and cigar room.

Described as a “physical monument” to Jordan’s dedication, the property reflects his signature touch in every detail.

The estate has been on and off the market since 2012, with the most recent listing recorded in February 2021.

Property taxes on the mansion are approximately $148,000 annually.

In addition to this estate, Jordan sold his luxury Chicago condo for $6.82 million about a year ago.

This condo, spanning the 39th and 40th floors of 1100 N. Lake Shore Drive, was created by combining three separate units.

As the price of Jordan’s Highland Park mansion continues to drop, the question remains: will it finally find a buyer?

Only time will tell.
