i experience skin irritation to the point where my inner legs would feel like it’s on fire so i started looking for an alternative and found this exact same pads here on tumblr. i got their starter pack cause it has everything i need- from liners to overnight pads. i also got a double zip pouch cause i dont want to store my used pads with my fresh pads.
i love that these pads are so soft and absorbent that sometimes, i forget im using one. i can use one regular pad for 8 hours straight without changing which is great cause i work long shifts and hate having to excuse myself to change. i also love that they let me choose my patterns and these patterns honestly make my day! its so bright and colorful that i dont feel so bad having my period. i actually bought my sister a pack too but she likes darker/neutral patterns and they sent me their available styles and i was able to pick colors for her. i highly recommend cariona cloth pads!

not gonna lie, i was hesitent to buy them. after a few weeks of going back and forth if i should buy them or not, i dared myself to at least try it and bought a pack of 3 xl pads and my god they are truely amazing.
i read multiple blogs/posts about them and none of them is lying. the pads are soft and i feel like they could absorb everything.
i dont have that many problems as some of the ppl mentioned here (e.g. rashes, intense cramps etc) but i always felt insecure when i wear normal pads (leaks, the pad slips) but even though these pads dont have glue or sticky strips they stays in place, pure magic.
tdlr.: they are amazing, ppl dont lie, the price id worth it.
I have endometriosis and bleed a lot. lots of clotting.
I can’t use tampons because they irritate me and mess w my pH levels. Pads stink even the non scented they smell weird and again mess with my pH.
I decided I was gonna try something different picked up a pack of these reusable ones. they’re friggin great. it’s ultimately a higher cost upfront but they pay for themselves after a few months. I literally just rinse them in the shower with me then let them dry and wash them with my clothes later. they dry flat easily – I hung the from my shower curtain.
very very comfortable. I usually bleed through disposable pads I only overflowed once (because I underestimated that days flow and wore the wrong size.) a little more absorbent and less invasive than my cup. .
would recommend.
For real I’ve had the same set for about 3 years now and they’ve served me admirably. They absorb EVERYTHING and the blood isn’t left sitting on top of the pad like with disposables, the only time I leak is when I don’t check after using the restroom to move them back where they need to be (it’s RARE), there’s no smell, they’re quiet as fuck and there’s no crinkling, they’re easy to wash – like why they’re never considered blows my mind.
