Aziza Brahim’s beauty has been shaped by the severe conditions of the desert camps. It seems that she has been smoldered like Gold in the desert heat and then purified to her shiny self. The Sahara Desert is where she first discovered music. It was a natural language to express herself in. Music brought her comfort and it also helped others around her to relax. She has since performed in many parts of the world with her group.
