Famous for her portrayal of Matilda, Mara Wilson came out on the same day as the tragic mass shooting at the Pulse gay nightclub in Orlando. Her revelation on Twitter was misconstrued as a promotion tactic. She has denied it numerous times but people seem to believe that she abused the tragedy in order to score some brownie points for herself.
